Jan has 20 years experience in the fitness industry during which she has instructed group fitness classes, personal training and managed a health and fitness club, now resulting in running her own Personal and Group training business and opening a Private Studio. After thinking about her comment for a while & suffering hypothyroidism since having our beautiful daughters,
I decided to look into my fatigue issues & lifestyle. Working shift work & having a young family, I thought it was normal to be tired and flat most days, with no get up & go & general fatigue from sleepless nights.

"These last four months has been an epic journey for me. I have learned so much about living healthy - about food options and exercise but mostly about ME!
It has been a journey of rediscovering myself and “reconnecting” with my body- working out what works for me and what doesn’t, and doing things I was always told I would never be able to do! I still don’t like the actual exercising - absolutely HATE the flies - lol! - and it is not easy getting up early in the mornings - BUT - I am totally in love with the way regular exercising makes me feel. The way strengthening my body reduced the number of mornings I wake up with muscle spasm and migraines and the fact that being fit - and loosing weight - helps a lot with dealing with my back issues. Not to mention the awesome feeling of fitting into my old clothes again! :)
Thank you for all your patience, effort and passion. Thank you for imparting you knowledge, for encouraging and training us. You both are a true inspiration to me, for us all. I really enjoy my mornings with all the ladies - everyone is so encouraging and supportive. Thank you for creating the opportunities and the space for us to challenge ourselves and work towards our own health and overall wellbeing. You guys rock!"
