We combine Aprils nutrition and habit forming Hypnotherapy expertise with Jans fitness wisdom, and give you a healthy dose of their enthusiasm and motivation so that this won't be yet "another" program that you fall off the wagon with after a couple of weeks. Instead you will LOVE the meals you are eating, you will ENJOY rocking up to your training sessions, and you will feel FULFILLED sharing your newly learned health education with your family.

Can anybody do this program?
Yes! we welcome anyone and everyone. It doesn't matter whether you have not exercised before, whether you are battling injuries, or whether you are already fit and healthy - but you are just looking for a program to keep your motivation high to see out the year, then we have your needs covered! Jan has over 30 years experience in the fitness industry so has the unique ability to quickly adapt any workout or exercise to suit your individual needs.
Group Training times -
You have unlimited sessions from our group training timetable, you can do as many, or as little as you like each week, and you can change your session times from week to week as needed to fit into and around your work or family life.
