I went to April to seek help with hormonal imbalances. I suffer from Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome and although I had been seeing a naturopath for 12-18 months, watched what and how much I ate, took all the supplements, and made lifestyle changes, I was still suffering from all the symptoms of PCOS including very irregular and painful periods, no energy, bad skin, weight problems, and ongoing thrush problems.....
I can imagine the disturbed look I would have had on my face when a friend of mine first suggested I try meditating daily, my perception of this practice back then definitely wasn't the positive view I have of it now.......
I decided to write this blog in February as it is usually around this time that our New Years resolutions become a distant memory, especially those that are focused around becoming fit and fabulous! So why is it that us humans are statistically so shit at sticking to these resolutions, and other goals in general? ....
"Puffy, bloated, sore and stiff", A food and wine lovers testimonial about the Food Allergy journey

What I did know was that my body was trying to communicate something to me, and what it was communicating was: INFLAMMATION....
I want to share a story from a current client, as it is a similar story that I have heard hundreds of times from women....and I want people to know, something CAN be done.
‘Your body’s hidden messages’ - When healthy foods cause acne, weight gain and fatigue, a Case Study.
