Yes! we welcome anyone and everyone. It doesn't matter whether you have not exercised before, whether you are battling injuries, or whether you are already fit and healthy - but you are just looking for a program to keep your motivation high to see out the year, then we have your needs covered!
Jan has over 35 years experience in the fitness industry so has the unique ability to quickly adapt any workout or exercise to suit your individual needs.

Our Free Initial Health Consult Service
At Red Rock Health and Fitness the wellbeing of our clients is our number 1 priority, and, we understand that what every body needs to be "well" is entirely unique. That is why as a part of our programs we offer a free initial health consultation to all new members, this is a chance to meet one on one with us so we can learn about any specific health or support needs you have, and if we need to adapt either the fitness or nutrition to suit you more effectively. This is also where we offer the weigh and measures if it is something you are interested in tracking during the program. |
Group Training times:
You have unlimited sessions from our group training timetable, you can do as many, or as little as you like each week, and you can change your session times from week to week as needed to fit into and around your work or family life.
All sessions are 30 minutes, apart from Monday and Wednesday evening, these sessions are 45 minutes.
Monday - 5:00am / 5:30am / 5:15pm - 6:00pm
Tuesday - 5:00am / 5:30am / 5:00pm / 5:15pm
Wednesday - 5:15pm - 6:00pm
Thursday - 5:00am / 5:30am / 5:00pm / 5:15pm
Friday - 5:00am / 5:30am
PLUS - for the first time ever we are offering optional and completely free extra Movement sessions (think local bush walks, bikerides and more), and Mindful sessions (think "how to journal", meditation made easy and more)
