Addicted to cheese, and other forms of Dairy? ....Maybe it's not your fault.....
Trying to give up on dairy but finding yourself having withdrawls and craving it more than ever? You are in fact feeling the throws of true addiction.
The reason for this comes down to a molecule called Casomorphine, which is a protein fragment that comes from the protein in milk- Casein. This molecule is a by-product of dairy consumption, coupled with inadequate digestion - and they have an opoid effect on the brain, OPOIDS BEING THE MOST ADDICTIVE DRUGS IN THE WORLD. Thus our body craves for them!!
It is thought that milk is rich in this opoid substance, as it calms the infant during feeding. But makes us feel bloated and BLAH.

What can you do to kill the urge? GO COLD TURKEY and invite non-dairy alternatives into your life such as nut milks or tahini and avocado in place of butter...the options are endless and much more tasty!
Dairy can be hidden in the most unlikely of places when packaged food is concerned so be sure to read the 'Allergy Information' on your food labels to avoid completely :-)

Cheese is one of the greatest food ever created. Cheese in an amazing commodity, it is one of the things that you can add on anything. Of course, that does not mean that you can add it to literally everything. First of all, cheese is the best thing in the world. I may be over exaggerating, but I just want to spread my love of cheese right now. I add cheese to almost everything that I eat, no matter what it is.
