What to expect at the sessions
The sessions are outdoor, small group training sessions We cater to both men and women in a mixed session for every time slot The sessions run for 45 minutes The exercises are done to a timer so it is a style of interval training, set out like a circuit style session They are a mixture of cardio, weights, body resistance, TRX suspension training and a wide variety of different exercises to make each session varied and most importantly fun! The workouts are self paced, meaning that even though you are training in a group you work to your own fitness and strength level
Do I need to be already fit to join in?
NOT AT ALL! We cater to absolutely every fitness and capability level. For each exercise we will give you a range of different levels, so you work within your fitness and strength threshold
What if I have an injury?
That is not an issue. Before you start training we will hold a health consultation, so we can learn more about your personal needs including your injuries, we will give you advice on how to work safely with your injury in our group environment. And during each session can give you alternative exercises so that you do not aggravate your symptoms.
Casual - $18 (11 sessions for $180)
3 Month Membership (unlimited sessions each week) $100 fortnight
6 Month Membership (unlimited sessions each week) $80 fortnight
