7:00am Herbal tea / Fresh juice
7:30am Beach Fitness
8:30am Nourishing Breakfast
Free time / optional activities
12:00pm Nourishing Lunch
1:30pm Activate my fitness (health workshop)
3:00pm Spin or circuit class
4:30pm Massage / pool time
6:00pm Mobility, Yoga or Stretch class
7:30pm Nourishing dinner
