2 frozen bananas (freeze them with the skin OFF and in a snaplock bag, for quick and easy use)
1/2 a cup frozen mango
1/4 a cup coconut cream
Coconut chips or shredded coconut to serve
Add all ingredients except the coconut chips/shreds to a high powered blender/food processor/thermomix/vitamix - whatever your device! and whizz on high for 20 seconds, or until whipped, smooth and light.
Serve immediately and ENJOY!
Variations: If you're not a Mango fan (you're crazy!), you can switch up the fruit you use. It's always best to use banana as the base as its what gives the ice cream substance, but other than that any combination goes! I often add nuts and seeds or dried fruit pieces for a bit of texture too.
Or if you are a chocoholic; banana + cacao powder + raw honey is to die for!
