1/2 C Mango, fresh or frozen (using it frozen makes it thicken like a thick shake!)
1/2 C blueberries
1 frozen banana
2 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop of Super greens and reds (I use Nutra Organics)
1 tsp coconut oil or a tablespoon of coconut cream
2 1/2 C cold water
Whizz and drink!
