Ingredients:½ C cashews 1 C almonds 1 C shredded coconut 10 dates, pip removed 1/3 C goji berries ¼ C cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla extract or paste ¼ C coconut oil Extra coconut for rolling the bliss balls in Method:In the food processor add the cashews, almonds and shredded coconut and blitz quickly to create a rough flour.
Next add the dates, goji berries and cacao and give it another blitz. Next add the vanilla and coconut oil, as well as ¼ C water and mix until a dough forms (you may need to add more water to achieve this). Scoop the mixture into a large bowl, and then taking about a tablespoon of the mixture at a time, roll between your palms before rolling in coconut. Leave in the fridge to set for 30 minutes, these last 3 weeks in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer!

Your recipe is interesting. I love all the ingredients you incorporated. From the nuts, coconut, berries, I love everything because I have a sweet tooth. But I also know that I should watch what I eat because we have a family history of diabetes and High blood. And because of the high possibility that I can have it, I am well aware what or what not to eat. I intend to live long to share my long life with my family. But I definitely want to try this recipe.
