1/3 C goji berries
1/3 C cacao
1/3 C tahini
1/3 C coconut oil
1/4 C raw honey
In a large bowl add the puffed rice and goji berries and stir to combine
In a saucepan add the cacao, tahini, coconut oil and raw honey and on a very low heat warm the mixture, stirring constantly until smooth
Pour the mixture over the puffed rice and gojis and stir until everything is deliciously chocolate coated
Pour into the baking tray and press down firmly with the back of a spatula until it is quite compacted
Leave to set in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, slice into squares and consume!
This must be kept in the fridge and eaten immediately when removed from the fridge, it melts at room temperature.
