Ingredients:
1 C cashews, soaked for 4+ hours (preferably overnight) ½ red capsicum 1/3 C brewers yeast (savoury yeast, nutritional yeast) 2 ½ T tamari 2 T lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar) 1 tsp dijon mustard ½ tsp turmeric Method: Blend to combine and serve! Use as a dipping sauce for vegetable sticks or crackers, cheese sauce replacement in lasagne, a cheesey spread for your homemade burgers, served in your tacos etc.....
