Ingredients:
Dry mix- One handful each of your desired nuts and seeds (I used- shredded coconut, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries and raw buckwheat) Chocolate sauce- 1/4 C raw cacao 1/4 C coconut oil 1/4 raw honey or 100% pure maple syrup Method: In a large bowl combine your dry mix In another bowl combine the chocolate sauce ingredients (if your coconut oil is solid, add the required amount to a glass bowl and sit it over a saucepan of boiling water - it will only take a matter of seconds to liquify) Add your sauce to the dry mix, and stir to combine. The dry mix does not need to be swimming in sauce, just enough to coat the ingredients. Either pop your mixture into cupcake cases (we use mini ones) or taking a tablespoon at a time place a small mound of the mixture onto a lined baking tray, pushing together so the bits and pieces are in close. Don't worry if it kind of comes apart, it will all come together once it's cooled. Place in a freezer for 10 minutes, or until set. Leave in fridge to store and Enjoy!
