My only issue with these, was how to shape them! I'm SICK of everything being in 'Ball' form, so I opted for a log....which then looked like a poo,....... so if YOU manage to create these into something appealing to the eye please, please send it on through!!
Ingredients: 1 C almond flour (almond meal, ground almonds) 1 C cashew flour (this can be made by whizzing whole cashews in a standard, or high powered blender/food processor) 1 C shredded coconut 1 tsp cinnamon pinch of salt 1 T honey/maple syrup 2 T coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla Chocolate coating: ¼ C cacao ¼ C coconut oil ¼ C honey/maple syrup Cinnamon and cardamom for sprinkling Method: In a bowl combine all chocolate coating ingredients and set aside, if its very runny put in the fridge for 2 minutes to thicken enough for dipping. In a large bowl combine the top section of ingredients, working it with your hands until it starts to form a dough, roll small pieces between your hands and shape into a small log (poo) before dipping in the chocolate, sit on a lined baking tray and sprinkle with cinnamon and cardamom leave to set in the freezer, store in the fridge.

What about putting them in a piping bag with a big nozzle and swirling them onto the tray and drizzling the chocolate over them? They look awesome poo shaped or not :)
