Feeling a bit flat first thing in the morning? Why not try this kick start smoothie, filled with endorphin stimulating ingredients to remind you just how GOOD it is to be alive!


Ingredients:
1 scoop raw sprouted protein (or any good quality protein of your choice)
1 T cacao powder
1 T tahini, sesame seed paste
1 T hemp seeds (or other seeds of your choice- for example linseeds)
1 banana 
1 handful of baby spinach
1 handful of berries 
Topped up with water




Method:
Whizz and serve! you may want to add ice cubes before or after whizzing. 
**Note if you are someone who suffers from sugar cravings, say around 3:00pm, save this smoothie for that time of day and you will sail through this time with ease!
