Ingredients:
1 scoop raw sprouted protein (or any good quality protein of your choice)
1 T cacao powder
1 T tahini, sesame seed paste
1 T hemp seeds (or other seeds of your choice- for example linseeds)
1 banana
1 handful of baby spinach
1 handful of berries
Topped up with water

Whizz and serve! you may want to add ice cubes before or after whizzing.
