Ingredients: 1 scoop raw sprouted protein (or any good quality protein of your choice) 1 T cacao powder 1 T tahini, sesame seed paste 1 T hemp seeds (or other seeds of your choice- for example linseeds) 1 banana 1 handful of baby spinach 1 handful of berries Topped up with water Method: Whizz and serve! you may want to add ice cubes before or after whizzing. **Note if you are someone who suffers from sugar cravings, say around 3:00pm, save this smoothie for that time of day and you will sail through this time with ease!
