2 smallish bananas, peeled and mashed
2 C rolled oats
2 T tahini
2 T LSA (for nut-free school lunch box option use psyllium husk, ground linseeds, or grind some sesame seeds)
1/4 C sulphur free dried fruit (I used chopped medjool dates, but you could use sultanas or apricots)
1 Orange, remove the zest and then squeeze its juice
1 tsp cinnamon
Small pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
Line a small square baking tin with baking paper and then transfer all of the mixture into it, press down until it is reasonably flat and even
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set
Remove and slice into 16 squares and store in the fridge, it will last well for 7 days
This is a great 'on-the-go' breakfast, morning or afternoon snack or post-workout treat!
