Ingredients:
Zest from 2 lemons
Juice from 1 lemon
1 C raw walnuts
1/4 C sesame seeds
1/4 C flaxseeds (aka linseeds)
2 T raw honey
1/3 C shredded coconut
pinch of salt
Method:
whizz all ingredients up in a food processor, stopping to scrape mixture off side if you need to
roll into balls and store in the fridge to set
