1 C Sunflower seeds (soaked for 1 hour or more)
2 T Tahini
1 T Cumin
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 C Mint, chopped
1/4 C Coriander, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Squeeze of lemon juice
Method:
Blitz in a food processor or thermomix and roll into little balls (approx 15 balls)
If you wish roll the balls in sesame and poppy seeds to coat- purely optional
Sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or so and add to a fresh garden salad
**Note if you have a dehydrator you can dehydrate these for 2 hours, otherwise place in an oven for 30 minutes, on the lowest temperature with the door open. (I enjoyed them without doing any of this)
