Ingredients:
1 C pumpkin seeds 1/2 C sunflower seeds 1/2 C walnuts 1/2 C basil leaves, chopped 1/2 C fresh parsley, chopped 1/2 C sundried tomatoes, soaked for one hour in warm water and then chopped 1/2 tsp dried oregano 2 garlic cloves, crushed Juice of one lemon 2 T olive oil Salt and Pepper to taste Method: Combine all ingredients in food processor/thermomix until combined but not complete mush (I LOVE texture, so I always briefly whizz things to reserve a few whole seeds and herbs visible in my creations...I believe this visual and textural experience enhances the flavour of food!) Roll around a tablespoon at a time worth of mixture in between your palms, the mixture will make around 20 Roll the balls in seeds if you wish; such as flaxseeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds and so on Store in an airtight container, in the fridge until consumption These are a great vegetarian protein option for clean and lean meals - eat them alongside a beautiful salad, have them in wraps or eat them on their own or with a dipping sauce for a yummy snack!

We know that these tomato are healthy. There are different benefits that we can get by eating this food. Let us remember the value of eating fruits and vegetables. The foods that we eat will give us the strength and energy that we need in order to do the tasks that are assigned to us. Let us keep in mind the value of reading and exploring the world of internet.
