Plus it satisfies that chocolate craving! ---Maca root is rich in phytoestrogens which help to balance out multiple hormone levels, when are hormones are in harmony symptoms disappear ---Coconut flesh and the fatty acids it contains helps to stamp out food cravings and an overly ravenous appetite as well as being successful in alleviating painful or irregular periods
