1 C walnuts
1 T tamari
1 T chia seeds
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp ground coriander
¼ tsp chilli powder
black pepper
1 avocado, diced
6 cos lettuce leaves, or ice berg lettuce leaves
Toppings:
Anything you desire, options could be;
Diced tomatoes, Green chilli, Red or spring onions
Coriander, Lemon juice, Shredded cabbage
Method:
Pulse all filling ingredients except avocado, lettuce leaves and topping, until it has a crumbly 'mince-like' texture.
Dice your topping ingredients and place on top of the filling, garnishing it with the avocado.
Optional extra to add your favourite sauces e.g guacamole, chilli sauce and so on
