Walnut and Maple Fudge
1/2 C coconut oil
1/2 C nut butter (I used almond)
1/4 C 100% pure maple syrup
1 large banana, mashed
1/3 C cacao powder
1/2 C walnuts, roughly chopped
Combine all ingredients minus the walnuts in food processor/thermomix and blend until smooth
Add the walnuts and give a short blend until just mixed through (5 seconds)
Spread contents evenly into a glass dish and freeze until set (2 hours)
Once set run hot water over the base of the dish to help it slide out before slicing into bite sized pieces, once cut you can store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
